She wrote “Steps Towards the New World Order.” Preparatory period: steady, regulated disarmament. Not optional. No nation permitted to keep the tools of war. Under “The Problem of Government” she sketched three great blocs that would work in unity while each kept a paper sovereignty. Synthesis. The Hierarchy’s desire for the planet.

David Icke, in The Biggest Secret: Lucis Trust and World Goodwill are staunch promoters of the United Nations. Bailey founded the Arcane School. She claimed the Tibetan told her the Second World War was necessary to defend the plan of God. Icke called that ridiculous. Then he noted how many in the New Age field still call holocaust part of the will of God if it serves the Plan.

They will not call it Lucifer on the letterhead. They will call it light, goodwill, and a new age. Test the spirit. The name change was the tell.
